I loaded IE 7 last night at Microsoft's suggestion. Now my computer is locking up and no page will even load. CPU usage is at 100% without any applications being open. (Firefox is working great. I might have to join my son in switching to it.) I know of two causes for the vast majority of such problems: 1.

The other issue is that cpusets are a bit too dynamic (see the thread above for more details) we'd is very clean and simple concept and integrates nicely with the rest of the cpu maps. ie It's very much the same concept and API as cpu_online_map, etc.
